Return Policy

According to Article 4, paragraph 10 of Law 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A’/16 November 1994), in conjunction with the Joint Ministerial Decision (J.M.D. Z1-891/30.8.2013), the consumer has the right to withdraw without justification from the distance purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days.

Return Terms

• The return of products must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• The products must be in their original packaging, without being used or opened.
• They must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction.
• The return costs are solely borne by the customer.

Returns of defective products

• If you receive a defective product, the company will replace it or refund the amount after consultation.
• The defective product must be returned to NATURE BLOOMS.
• The refund is processed within 30 days from the date of the request.

Customer responsibility

The responsibility for loss, damage, or destruction of the product during the return lies with the customer until it is received by the company.
